Cheap Dopamine: Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop
Cheap dopamine is that little notification, the constantly refreshing newsfeed, the bad news porn, the winning bet. It’s addictive stimulation and instant gratification. It’s becoming easier and easier to get cheap dopamine. The reality is that people love cheap dopamine. They love social media, gambling, smoking, drinking and so much more. Obtaining cheap dopamine is easy.
Cheap dopamine stocks are really just the new sin stocks on steroids. Over time, people have shown that they will constantly chase instant gratification and stimulation. Gambling is the perfect example of cheap dopamine evolving. Casinos were the preferred vice of many for years. They were always addicting, but now they’re moving online. You can gamble away from the comfort of your own home.
The way people are obtaining dopamine is evolving and many companies will make tons of money off of that. Sometimes the best investments are ridiculously simple. I’ll continue to invest significantly in dopamine companies.
NOTE: cheap dopamine in large doses is bad for you. I do love some small doses (or medium, let’s be honest) though. Good things in life take hard work. Don’t lose balance.
